The prices above do not include State and local taxes of 9%. All prices do include double occupancy and your choice of continental or full breakfast. Rooms have queen-size beds can accommodate three adults with an additional rollaway bed (provided). The Blue Ridge and Shenandoah rooms are large enough to accommodate a family of four, assuming one child sleeps on a futon or in a sleeping bag (not provided).
Rooms include satellite TV, and high-speed wireless Internet access is available anywhere in the house. Guests must bring their own wi-fi enabled devices. Please contact us at (800) 360-3831 if you have any special requests, requirements, or needs.
Standard check in time is 2:00 p.m. Standard check out time is 1:00 p.m. Riding guests may arrange different times if room availability permits.
We require 25% deposit for our B&B guests at the time reservations are made. Deposit is refundable up to one week before your stay. Please make remaining payment upon arrival. We accept cash, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa. No checks, please.
